Southern New England Golf Show
Looking for something to do this weekend? The 2nd annual Southern New England Golf Show will be held at the Rhode Island Convention Center on February 13-14. Hours for the show are Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 11-5. Cost for the show is $9 and children under 12 are free. If you belong to AAA you can get tickets for $7 each before the show.
Once again the Boys and Girls Clubs of Providence is the beneficiary of this event. Amica Insurance stepped up to be the major sponsor of the Show and there are 21 sponsors and partners.
There are over 80 booths of exhibitors and the whole family will have something to do at the show. There is a mini golf area, a long drive challenge hosted by Callaway, a Bridgestone golf ball challenge, a RIPGA tune up area, seminars, an Amica chipping challenge, a long putt challenge and this year there will be a retail store as well as an RIPGA golf store.
The first five hundred adult attendees each day to the Rhode Island Golf Expo will receive a 2-pack of Bridgestone golf balls. Every attendee will receive either a one-year subscription to Golf Digest or a six-month subscription to Golf World. Several hospitality destinations are exhibiting and many are giving away golf vacations.
Direct Air will be giving away two round-trip tickets to Myrtle Beach from Worcester each day and will offer a grand prize of a free golf vacation including air and car.
We will have prizes each hour at the Ocean State Golf booth for all those who sign up for our free email issue of the publication. Since you already receive it, just put in your name to be eligible for the drawings. The grand prize will be a Sky Caddie GPS system, but we will also be giving away clubs, balls, Masters towels and many other prizes.
Par Mor Golf Coupon Books will be available at a discount at the show because we don’t have to mail them. You can buy one for $13 and two for $25. The first 20 purchases each day will also get a sleeve of golf balls. This is a great time to purchase the book and see how much you are going to save during 2010.

Hi This is a wonderful golfing site and I found the post intriging,this will improve my results especially when im trying hit a long strait,I will check back for tips.
